Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Location: Udhna BRC, Surat
Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹20,000
Working Hours: 10 AM to 8 PM
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to handle order processing on various B2C e-commerce portals, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, GlowRoad, Myntra, Mirrow, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth order management and processing while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing and fulfillment on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, GlowRoad, Myntra, Mirrow, and other B2C platforms.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipping and delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels across platforms and update stock as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and returns.
- Manage product listings, update descriptions, images, and other relevant details.
- Analyze sales performance and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize product visibility and promotions on various e-commerce platforms.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing orders on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel and data entry.
- Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
