Job Description: E-Commerce Executive
* Position: Export Sales & Marketing Executive
* Experience: 1–3 years

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ecommerce Strategy Development:
* Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase online sales.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Platform Management:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, including website management, product listings, and inventory.
* Ensure website functionality, performance, and the user experience are optimized.
3. Marketing and Promotion:
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media promotions.
* Develop and manage promotional strategies to boost online sales and enhance brand visibility.
4. Customer Experience:
* Monitor and improve the online shopping experience, ensuring that customer queries and issues are resolved promptly.
* Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
* Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, such as sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
* Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, e-commerce, or a related field. A master\'s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce management or a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods or manufacturing sector.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
