Job Objective:
The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing the e commerce strategy for the company. The role involves managing online sales platforms, digital marketing, customer experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive e-commerce growth.
Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Strategy
* Develop and execute the company's e-commerce strategy, aligned with overall business goals.
* Identify and evaluate new e-commerce opportunities and partnerships.
* Oversee the management of the company's presence on various e-commerce platforms.
* Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to drive sales.
2. Digital Marketing
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns.
* Utilize SEO, SEM, and social media strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
3. Customer Experience
* Ensure a seamless and positive online shopping experience for customers.
* Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing issues promptly.
4. Sales Analysis
* Analyze e-commerce sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Prepare regular reports for management on e-commerce performance.
5. Inventory Management
* Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to optimize stock levels for online sales.
* Implement strategies to minimize stock outs and excess inventory.
Qualification & Experience:
* Master\'s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
* Proven experience of at least 3 years in e-commerce management within the FMCG sector.
Skills:
* Team management and leadership.
* Analytical skills for interpreting e-commerce sales data
* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
* Digital marketing expertise, including SEO, SEM, and social media
* Effective communication and collaboration skills.
