Order Processing: Handle the end-to-end order management process, including order verification, fulfillment, and coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries related to product information, orders, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and ROI, and report on performance against targets.
Campaign Management: Assist with the creation and execution of promotional campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and seasonal sales.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate stock levels are reflected online and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
Vendor Relations: Collaborate with third-party vendors for product updates, pricing negotiations, and resolving any issues.
Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with market trends to recommend strategies for increasing sales and customer engagement.
