Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Responsibilities:
* Manage online product listings, including uploading, optimizing, and updating product details across platforms.
* Monitor inventory, sales performance, and order processing to ensure smooth operations.
* Coordinate with teams for promotional activities and digital marketing efforts.
* Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports.
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Assist in implementing SEO strategies and online ad campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
* Good communication skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in online sales, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus.
