Job Summary: The eCommerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This role involves overseeing day-to-day eCommerce operations, analyzing sales performance, and implementing strategies to boost online presence and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize eCommerce platforms, including Etsy, eBay, and Amazon.
* Create and optimize product listings to enhance visibility and attract customers.
* Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
* Oversee order processing and handle customer messaging to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
* Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and improve strategies.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for efficient stock management.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 6 months of experience in eCommerce or a similar role.
* Knowledge of eCommerce platforms including Etsy, eBay, and Amazon.
* Proven expertise in SEO and online marketing strategies.
* Experience in creating and managing product listings, messaging, and order fulfillment.
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
