Job Description:
As an Ecommerce Executive, you will play a critical role in managing and growing our presence on online marketplaces and our Shopify store. You will be responsible for optimizing product listings, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management:Create and manage product listings on popular online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
Monitor and update product information, pricing, and inventory levels.
Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve product visibility.
Shopify Store Management:Manage our Shopify store, ensuring it is up-to-date with the latest products and promotions.
Customize and maintain the Shopify website for an attractive and user-friendly experience.
Implement and optimize e-commerce best practices for conversion rate optimization.
Inventory and Order Management:Track and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Process customer orders, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery.
Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Performance Analytics:Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
Generate regular reports to assess the performance of products and marketing campaigns.
Use data insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvements.
Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including email and chat.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably in online marketplaces and Shopify.
* Familiarity with Indian ecommerce marketplaces and their specific requirements.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented and highly organized.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
