Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our jewellery sales on the Alibaba platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for jewellery. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
* Create and manage product listings, including descriptions, images, and specifications.
* Ensure all product information is accurate and up-to-date.
Sales Strategy:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product visibility and drive traffic.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Market Research:
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
* Stay updated on industry developments and Alibaba platform features.
Customer Engagement:
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback on Alibaba.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
Digital Marketing:
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and advertisements on Alibaba.
* Utilize SEO best practices to improve product ranking on the platform.
Inventory Management:
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
* Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and inventory.
Performance Reporting:
* Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
* Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
