Job Description:
As an E-Commerce Executive intern, you will assist in managing and optimizing our online store, product listings, and digital marketing strategies. You will gain exposure to the full e-commerce cycle, including inventory management, sales tracking, customer service, and digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with managing product listings on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart)
* Update product descriptions, pricing, and images to enhance visibility and SEO
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities
* Support the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
* Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels and availability
* Assist with customer inquiries and order fulfillment
* Research market trends and competitor strategies to improve product positioning
* Help in reporting on key performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue
* Stay updated with the latest e-commerce and digital marketing trends
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing
* Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) is a plus
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is an advantage
* Eagerness to learn and take initiative
