Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales efforts and enhance our digital presence. This full-time role requires a strong background in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and strategic planning, with a specific focus on WordPress, WooCommerce, and related tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving online sales growth and managing comprehensive digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

* E-commerce Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies for online sales growth with a focus on WordPress and WooCommerce platforms.
* Product & Platform Management: Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and SEO optimization across WordPress, WooCommerce, and Google Merchant Centre.
* Digital Marketing & Ad Campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyze Google Ad Campaigns and SEO/SEM strategies to increase traffic and conversion rates.
* Customer Journey Oversight: Ensure a seamless online shopping experience from product discovery to post-purchase, optimizing the customer journey across all touchpoints.
* Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to create and manage effective digital campaigns that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
* Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales performance and generate detailed reports to inform ongoing improvements and strategies.
* Platform Integration & Management: Manage the onboarding and integration process with new e-commerce platforms and maintain relationships with Google Merchant Centre and other key partners.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering skill development and ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with inventory teams to maintain accurate stock levels and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
* Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
* Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date with market trends, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies to make informed strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

* Strong experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, Google Ad Campaigns, and Google Merchant Centre.
* Proficiency in SEO and SEM strategies with a proven track record of driving online sales growth.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including performance analysis and reporting.
* Ability to lead and develop a team, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Familiarity with inventory management and coordination.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

Compensation:

* Competitive fixed salary plus commission based on target earnings, providing significant earning potential for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Working Hours: This position operates on UK timing, requiring flexibility to align with business hours.
