Position Overview
As a Marketing Manager for our e-commerce business, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple key functions including e-commerce operations, marketing strategies, sales coordination, IT support, and vendor management. Your role will require strong analytical, organizational, and creative skills to drive sales, manage product listings, and ensure smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Department Management Oversee the e-commerce, marketing, sales, and IT departments to ensure smooth operations.
Data Tracking and Analysis Track and organize data for informed decision-making and performance analysis.
Amazon Team Coordination Collaborate with the Amazon team for listing optimization and inventory management.
Zoho Team Coordination Coordinate with Zoho for CRM and system enhancements
Content & Graphics Approval Review and approve graphic content to align with brand standards.
Inventory & Purchase Management Monitor FBA inventory levels and manage purchase orders.
Sales and Order Tracking Track and manage orders to ensure timely processing and fulfillment.
Customer Service & Query Resolution Address and resolve customer queries promptly.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting Analyze marketing campaigns and provide performance reports.
Marketing & R&D Coordination Keep marketing and R&D teams updated on sales data and trends.
Shipment & Warranty Management Oversee shipment generation and manage warranty claims.
Vendor & Partner Meetings Conduct meetings with Amazon, Google, and Zoho for collaboration.
Technical Follow-ups Address and resolve technical issues through email or in person.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
