An E-commerce Manager is responsible for developing and implementing online sales strategies, managing online stores, and leading e-commerce teams. Here's a detailed job description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
2. Manage and optimize online stores, including product catalog, payment gateways, and order management.
3. Lead and mentor e-commerce teams, including product management, marketing, and customer support.
4. Analyze sales data, website analytics, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, IT, and logistics, to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve e-commerce capabilities.
7. Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure e-commerce business goals are met.
8. Ensure website security, performance, and scalability to handle high traffic and sales volumes.

Requirements:
