As an E-Commerce Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and driving
sales growth across multiple online marketplaces. You will work to ensure that product listings are
optimized, inventory is managed, and advertising campaigns are executed effectively. This is an
exciting opportunity to play a key role in scaling our digital presence and growing revenue through
multiple e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management:
o Oversee product listings, optimize titles, descriptions, images, and keywords on
Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and ONDC.
o Ensure all listings meet platform standards and are updated regularly to drive
conversions.
Sales Strategy & Growth:
o Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and visibility on these platforms.
o Identify opportunities for promotions, discounts, and product bundling to improve
sales performance.
Inventory & Fulfillment Management:
o Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to avoid stockouts
or overstock situations.
o Ensure timely fulfillment of orders across platforms, meeting customer expectations
for quick delivery.
Advertising & Promotions:
o Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.) to ensure
maximum ROI.
o Collaborate with platforms to run promotions, flash sales, and participate in large
sales events (e.g., Amazon Prime Day, Big Billion Days).
Customer Engagement & Support:
o Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and queries to improve ratings
and reputation.
o Drive improvements in customer satisfaction and retention by addressing
complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Analyze sales performance, marketplace trends, and customer behavior to optimize
listings and campaigns.
o Use tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and platform-specific analytics to make data-
driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth
operations across all platforms.
o Collaborate on new product launches and promotional campaigns to ensure high
visibility and sales impact.
