Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to drive our e-commerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and a passion for expanding our reach and impact through online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the e-commerce space.
* Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, company website).
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
* Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
* Monitor and report on key performance metrics and suggest improvements.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with e-commerce partners and vendors.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the e-commerce industry.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
* Experience with digital marketing and SEO is a plus.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the assistive technology or social impact sector.
* Familiarity with accessibility standards and practices in e-commerce.
* Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics).
