Job Overview: The E-commerce Marketplace Executive will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our presence across various online marketplaces. This role involves overseeing product listings, analyzing sales performance, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Marketplace Management: Manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Tatacliq, Myntra eBay, Walmart, etc.), including product creation, updates, and optimization.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Generate reports and insights to drive business decisions and strategies.
* Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure stock levels are maintained and avoid overstock or stockouts.
* Advertising and Promotions: Develop and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and deals to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
* Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and support for e-commerce initiatives.
* Compliance: Ensure all marketplace activities comply with relevant policies, guidelines, and regulations.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelors, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
* Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management. Experience with specific platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central) is highly desirable.
* Skills:
* Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and tools.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other online marketing techniques.
