Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to drive our online sales strategy and enhance our presence on leading e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, and Firstcry. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and executing online marketing strategies, optimizing product listings, and managing advertising campaigns to boost sales performance. Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored for e-commerce marketplaces including Amazon, Noon, Firstcry, and Flipkart.
* Product Listing Management: Optimize product listings by enhancing content, images, and keywords to improve visibility and conversion rates.
* Advertising Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Displays) and Flipkart to drive traffic and sales.
* Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to refine marketing strategies and improve overall performance.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and logistics, to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.
* Policy and Best Practices: Stay informed about the latest Amazon and Flipkart policies, best practices, and new features to maintain compliance and leverage new opportunities.
* Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies to stay competitive in the marketplace.
* Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals set for e-commerce platforms.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience managing e-commerce operations on Amazon marketplace, with a proven track record of success.
* Advertising Platforms: Demonstrated expertise in Amazon and Flipkart advertising platforms, with experience in campaign creation and optimization.
* Marketing Principles: Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing principles and strategies.
* Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
* Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication and project management skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
