Roles & Responsibilities:
* Management of Buy Happy\'s own website such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopclues, PayTM, 1MG etc..
* Analyze Product level data.
* Develop strategies to troubleshoot problems.
* Day-to-day maintenance of keeping product listings successful
* Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
* Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
* Create product listings in online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and others
* Manage the all company's e-com Platforms order processing
* Specialized in Amazon PPC, Flipkart and Meesho Ads \\*
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including ACOS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights.
* Manage inventory for FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon), FBF (Fulfilled by Flipkart)
* Optimize product visibility through effective keyword research, product descriptions, and image optimization.
* Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Conduct competitor analysis to identify pricing and promotional strategies.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
* Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
* Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, various leading e-Commerce website builders (e.g. Shopify, Elementor), product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
* Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
* Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Analytical and multitasking skills.
* Expr in digital sales across Beauty, Personal Care or consumer goods industry preferable
* To create engaging content, produce creative ideas, and think outside the box
