FACETS JEWELS is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage our online shop on various e-commerce websites, including Etsy, Amazon, and our personal website. The ideal candidate will conduct market research, create new products, and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and update the e-commerce shop on various platforms, including Etsy, Amazon, and the company website
* Conduct market research to identify new product ideas and trends
* Create new products and update product listings
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
* Monitor customer reviews and feedback and respond accordingly
* Collaborate with the graphics designer to create visually appealing product listings
* Maintain inventory levels and handle order fulfillment
* Analyze sales data and generate reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Etsy and Amazon
* Strong understanding of market research and product development
* Familiarity with online marketing and advertising techniques
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
