RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and optimize our client & product listings on Amazon to ensure they are up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for search and conversion.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that there is sufficient stock to meet customer demand while minimizing overstocking and waste.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing & sales to ensure that product listings are aligned with the client & overall strategy and messaging.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify new opportunities to improve our E-commerce operations.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues related to inventory or shipping.
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant domain experience e-commerce, particularly on Amazon, Walmart, E Bay and Shopify or similar platforms.
Strong experience with creating and optimizing product listings, managing inventory and analyzing sales data.
A graduate degree, preference in Data Analytics, Marketing, Systems.
Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, Data Mining and utilizing V Lookups, Pivot tables, creating dash boards.
Experience working with third-party tools such as Helium10, Sellics, or Jungle Scout is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
