Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Amazon eCommerce Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, including everything from product listings to Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Management. You will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our Amazon channel by optimizing product listings, developing and executing PPC campaigns, and managing the overall Seller Central account performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and optimize all aspects of the Amazon Seller Central account, including inventory, pricing, and order fulfilment.
* Create, update, and maintain product listings to ensure maximum visibility, keyword optimization, and accuracy.
* Develop and implement Amazon PPC campaigns to drive traffic and sales, ensuring efficient budget allocation and cost management.
* Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, sales velocity, and ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales), making data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
* Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth.
* Manage customer reviews, questions, and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and reputation management.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless execution and alignment with broader business goals.
* Stay updated on the latest Amazon policies, trends, and tools, and implement best practices to keep our account ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
* Proven expertise in creating and optimizing Amazon product listings.
* Strong knowledge and experience in managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
* Proficiency with Amazon tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp).
* Excellent understanding of eCommerce sales strategies and online marketplace trends.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with other online marketplaces such as eBay, Walmart, or Shopify is a plus.
* Familiarity with Amazon FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) and Vendor Central.
