Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist at Nextgen Business Support Services Pvt Ltd, in Kolkata. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, optimizing customer service processes, and enhancing communication strategies to drive e-commerce sales.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or related field.
* 2+ years of proven experience in Ecommerce.
* Technical Knowledge about Product Listing, Account Management, Account Reconciliation and Relaunching.
* Proficiency in E-Commerce Portal like Amazon, Flipkart & many more.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Responsibilities:
* Provide Customer Service Solution
* Manage the Seller's Ecommerce Portal
* Follow market trends
* Ensuring that there is a high level of engagement through exhibitions, new products, and events
CTC: Up to ₹3,00,000 LPA

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
