As an Email Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in the execution of our email marketing campaigns, from conception to analysis. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, analytical, and eager to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing.Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting emails, managing lists, scheduling, and sending emails.
* Work closely with the marketing team to segment lists and personalize emails to increase engagement and conversion rates.
* Monitor and report on the performance of email marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Conduct A/B testing on various email campaigns to optimize performance.
* Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices, strategies, and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
* Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling email content and visuals.
* Assist in managing the email marketing calendar and ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
* Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in email marketing and suggest innovative ideas to improve email marketing efforts.
Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 0-2 years of experience in email marketing or a related field. Internship experience is a plus.
* Strong understanding of email marketing concepts, metrics, and best practices.
* Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).
* Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
* Ability to analyze data and derive insights to improve campaign performance.
* Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Creative thinker with a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in utilizing Marketing Automation Platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, MailChimp, and SendinBlue.
* Enhanced data management abilities to ensure clean and accurate lists.
