Experience: 1 - 3 years
* Develop and write persuasive email marketing campaigns
* Execute and manage promotional offers via email, ensuring timely delivery and tracking performance.
* Coordinate with multiple teams to plan and create a monthly communication calendar.
* Implement strategies
* Maintain the hygiene and accuracy of email mailing list.
* Ensure all internal teams are informed of any new launches, process changes and promotions
* Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in creating social media content and / or longform content .
* Experimenting and tweaking email content as needed
* Conducting email research to understand prevalent customer behaviour
* Analyze the previous campaigns to discover the areas of strength and weaknesses
* Developing a well-written content
* Guaranteeing the design and layouts of emails are optimized, mobile, and user friendly
* Gathering insights into the audience
Qualifications :
* 1-3 years of experience in creating and sending high-conversion email marketing campaigns.
* Proven track record of writing engaging copy for various marketing channels.
* Familiarity with email marketing tools and best practices.
* Strong writing skills with the ability to create content
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Proven experience in creating impactful and unique marketing campaigns.
* Excellent project management skills specific to marketing
* Outstanding copyediting and copywriting skills
* Ability to harness collaboration to produce a well-crafted content.
* Knowledge of digital marketing and IT
* Ability to multi-task
