We seek a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve marketing goals. You will work closely with our marketing team to enhance customer journeys and improve overall campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and content creation.
* Design visually compelling email templates and ensure mobile responsiveness.
* Write clear, engaging, and actionable email copy to target the appropriate audience segments.
* Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times.
* Monitor email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and deliverability.
* Manage and maintain the email subscriber database, ensuring proper segmentation and list hygiene.
* Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align email campaigns with business objectives.
* Use email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) to manage campaigns and analyze performance.
* Ensure email campaigns comply with current email best practices and legal requirements (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
* Report on campaign performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 6 months of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing role.
* Proficiency in using email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
* Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation and personalization.
* Ability to create compelling email designs and write engaging email content.
* Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and performance optimization strategies.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
