1. Coordination with clients, erection team at site, company\'s management and production team on daily basis for onetime achievement of erection milestone at site and smooth handover of all projects and sites
2. Safety issues and organising safety measures and ensuring safety protocols at site at all projects and sites
3. Quality monitoring of erection at all projects and sites regular on daily basis
4. Setting weekly / monthly or specific erection planning targets (internal) with management and production team and daily monitoring of fabrication & erection.
5. Inspection of the fabricated materials (stage wise) at site or our plant before despatch if required & erection procedure as per client specifications and approved drawing.
6. Coordinating with our management representative / partners for site Quality Audits and follow-up audits.
7. Handling & coordinating final inspection each month and preparing billing related documents for erection RA Bills
8. Ensuring smooth/error free clearances of any site hindrances and problems for smooth flow of erection jobs
9. Erection reports to be generated and submitted to Partners of UNITECH STRUCTURAL WORKS like DPR, GLANCE REPORT etc. documentation by mail in excel sheet
10. Continuous on a daily basis erection supervision of all contractors and labours
11. Checking RA of site contractors as per Work Orders
12. Helping in preparing RA bills of USW with our accounts and sales team as per milestone achievement basis
13. Reconciling all the site activities to relate to billing quantities of our sub-contractors
14. Monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets
15. Control in site erection planning
16. Checking of site Layouts, HD Bolt Layouts, Gantry Girder and Column aligning and other technical requirements at site as per shop drawings or erection drawings
17. Staying in regular touch of the clients to ensure smooth flow of projects
18. Targeted production capacity set by management
