As an Executive Marketer, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, both digital and offline, to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement strategies that promote our company\'s services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote services such as web design, digital marketing, and IT consulting.
* Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
* Generate and manage leads through various marketing channels and campaigns.
* Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
* Assist in content creation for blogs, newsletters, social media, and promotional materials.
* Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Maintain relationships with existing clients and nurture potential leads.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing (digital or traditional). Freshers with relevant internships or project experience may also apply.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.).
* Knowledge of social media management and email marketing platforms.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in B2B marketing, especially in the IT or software industry.
* Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva for marketing materials.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO strategies.
