Job Description

Savvy Group is hiring for the position of Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, highly motivated and seasoned to join our vibrant team. He or she must have a demonstrated history of success in sales and marketing within the real estate sector, along with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* *Cold Calling with Regular Follow-up:* Conduct proactive cold calling to generate new leads, followed by consistent follow-up to nurture relationships and convert prospects into customers.
* *Actively Planning, Executing, and Participating in Sales Seminars, Events, etc.:* Take charge of planning, executing, and actively participating in sales seminars and events, ensuring successful engagement with potential clients and showcasing our offerings.
* *Attending Walk-in Customers, Understanding Their Potential, and Giving Briefs on Projects*: Greet and assist walk-in customers, assess their needs and potential, and provide them with detailed briefings on our projects and offerings.
* *Maintaining Sales-Related Database:* Maintain and update the sales-related database, ensuring accurate records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities for efficient tracking and analysis.
* *Sales & Marketing Strategy Development:* Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape and identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the real estate market.
* *Marketing Campaigns:* Plan, create, and execute effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, print advertising, and events also evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
* *Client Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with potential buyers and assist clients in understanding the buying process, financing options, and legal requirements.

Education Qualification: Minimum Graduate, Relevant real estate certifications or licenses (preferred).

Skills:

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Open to travel and work beyond limited hours.

Experience:

*Must have minimum of 2-6 years\' experience with real estate industry.*

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

* Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
