Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Hybrid Meta Ads Specialist. The Facebook ads executive will be responsible for:
• Strategize, launch, and scale high-impact sales campaigns on Facebook tailored for the Indian e-commerce space.
• Conduct deep-dive brand research to accurately identify and target potential customers.
• Collaborate closely with our in-house design team to craft compelling ad content.
• Utilize Facebook and Google Analytics to rigorously analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within your team, providing regular training and development opportunities.
• Lead by example, inspiring your team through proactive guidance and hands-on campaign management.
Qualifications:
• Proven Experience: Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook ad campaigns for multiple Indian e-commerce brands, with a clear track record of driving sales growth.
• Deep Expertise: Proficiency in all aspects of Facebook Ads Manager, including advanced targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Analytical Prowess: Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Facebook Analytics, and a history of making data-driven decisions to continually enhance campaign performance.
• Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities, with experience in training and managing a digital marketing team.
• Educational Background: Bachelor\'s degree and Facebook Ads certification,
