We are looking for a talented and results-oriented Facebook Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our social media goals. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Facebook marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and organic traffic to our website.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a data-driven Facebook marketing strategy to achieve specific business objectives.
* Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience and encourages organic reach.
* Manage the Facebook company page, including posting regularly, responding to comments and messages, and running contests and promotions.
* Track and analyze post performance metrics (impressions, reach, engagement, etc.) and use insights to optimize content strategy.
* Identify and research target audiences to ensure Facebook marketing efforts reach the right people.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest Facebook marketing trends and best practices.
* Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive brand voice across all channels.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Facebook Marketing Specialist or similar role.
* Strong understanding of Facebook marketing principles, including organic reach, paid advertising (a plus), and content marketing.
* Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to write engaging and informative copy for various audiences.
* Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* A passion for social media and a strong understanding of current social media trends.
* Must have knowledge of AI tools and techniques for social media marketing.
