Field Marketing Executive

The Field Marketing Executive in the IT industry is responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts through various field marketing activities. This role involves close collaboration with the sales, product, and marketing teams to execute campaigns and initiatives that promote IT products and solutions to target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning and Execution:

- Develop and implement field marketing strategies that align with overall marketing and sales goals.

- Organize and participate in events such as trade shows, conferences, and seminars to showcase IT solutions.

- Manage roadshows, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities in target regions.

2. Lead Generation and Nurturing:

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target customers and generate qualified leads.

- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, events, and other initiatives.

- Nurture leads through the marketing funnel to convert them into sales opportunities.

3. Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during field marketing activities.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities in the IT sector.

- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine messaging, positioning, and strategies.

5. Budget Management:

- Manage budgets for field marketing activities, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

- Track and report on the ROI of field marketing campaigns and initiatives.

6. Reporting and Analytics:

- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns.

- Provide regular reports on key performance metrics such as lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector.

- Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Willingness to travel frequently for on-site events and meetings.
