Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Brewing IDEAZ in Kolkata. The Salesperson will be responsible for actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, promoting our digital solutions including websites and apps, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales and acquire new clients.
2. Manage client relationships for satisfaction.
3. Identify sales opportunities and market trends.
4. Achieve sales targets and earn incentives.
5. Conduct product presentations and demos.
6. Negotiate deals and close sales.
7. Follow up on leads and prospects.
8. Maintain sales records and reports.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team for strategies.
10. Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Qualifications
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Knowledge of digital solutions, websites, and apps
* Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
* Experience in customer service or sales role
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Experience in digital marketing is a plus
