We seek a 5+ experienced professional to manage and grow our global sales across leading eCommerce platforms such as Amazon.com, Walmart, Target, and others. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to optimize sales performance across various channels in the Home Category. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, Grow and identify new products & listings on all global platforms.
* Developed and executed sales strategies to drive revenue growth across international markets.
* Optimize product visibility, keywords, and SEO on each platform to increase organic traffic and sales.
* Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities, product launches, and pricing strategies.
* Manage product reviews, feedback, and customer queries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Analyse sales data and create performance reports to track the success of campaigns and strategies.
* Ensure compliance with each platform's policies, rules, and requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Proven experience in managing global sales in Home Category on eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
* Strong understanding of eCommerce sales strategies, Tools, and Ads.
* Experience in optimizing product listings and managing PPC campaigns.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
