Position Overview:
As a Google Ad Manager Specialist with 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will leverage your expertise in Google Ad Manager to maximize revenue, monitor ad performance, and implement effective strategies that align with our marketing goals. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has a proven track record of delivering measurable results in digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns using Google Ad Manager (formerly DoubleClick for Publishers).
- Implement ad trafficking, targeting, and inventory management strategies to maximize revenue and performance.
- Monitor ad performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, content) to ensure alignment of advertising strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising and ad management platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving and ensure timely resolution.
- Generate regular reports on ad performance, revenue projections, and other key metrics for stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising with a focus on Google Ad Manager (DFP).
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of ad serving technologies, ad networks, and programmatic advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ad Manager certification is a plus.
- Experience with other ad management platforms (e.g., AdSense, Ad Exchange) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
