* Develop creative and innovative designs specifically tailored for our Amazon Marketplace.
* Design captivating layouts for our Amazon Marketplace pages that effectively showcase our products.
* Collaborate closely with team members to ensure designs meet project requirements and align with brand guidelines.
* Implement design changes and improvements as needed based on feedback and market trends.
* Troubleshoot and resolve design issues, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
* Maintain quality control of all graphic design products, adhering to high standards of visual excellence.
* Organize and keep design files current to facilitate easy retrieval and future reference.
* Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure designs align with overall business objectives.
* Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices within the Amazon Marketplace.
* Attend design and project meetings, actively contributing ideas and insights to enhance design deliverables.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
* At least five years of professional graphic design experience, preferably focusing on e-commerce and digital platforms.
* Comprehensive understanding and proficiency in current graphic design software and tools.
* Proven experience in designing for the Amazon Marketplace, understanding the platform's design requirements and guidelines.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
* Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful design projects.
* Relevant certifications or additional training in graphic design or related fields are desired.
