What We\'re Looking For:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer with 0-5 years of experience. Whether you\'re just starting your career or have some experience under your belt, if you\'re passionate about design and eager to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, an eye for aesthetics, and a deep understanding of design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create visually stunning graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, website banners, email templates, and more.
* Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and design creative solutions that align with brand guidelines.
* Design layouts, illustrations, and other visual elements for websites, presentations, and other digital platforms.
* Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to produce fresh and innovative content.
* Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategy development.
* Ensure that all designs meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Requirements:
* 0-5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Primier Pro, InDesign).
* Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in digital marketing design is a plus.
* Good communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively.
