Graphics Designer & Video Editor

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Visual Artist and Creative Content Strategist who can come up with creative and successful ad concepts for website and social media campaigns. In addition to creating effective advertising messaging and communications, your duties as a Creative Content Strategist and video editing will also include giving the graphic design team visual direction.
Your primary objective is to develop a user experience that our users adore while utilizing cutting-edge features and UI improvements to propel product and commercial success. As a champion of excellent design across all platforms, you'll provide the team with the most recent UX standards and best practices. First 3 months\' probation and remote after, join office with other mates base in Kolkata. Flexibility working international time.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
* Must have 2-3 years industry experience either in agencies or in-house roles
* Friendly, positive attitude with a can-do mentality and hunger to develop new skills in graphic design.
* Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail and passion for current and future design trends.
* Minimum of 3yrs commercial experience working full time in the creative industry. Agency experience is preferred or working as a busy in-house graphic designer.
* Razor-sharp, diverse portfolio of varied graphic design work. We're looking for neat and tidy layout work above all. Please don't just send a portfolio of logos.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products, specifically, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. (You will be asked to demonstrate your design skills as part of the interview process)
* Ability to quickly and accurately respond to briefs. The majority of our client design requests require a rapid turnaround and all requests must be delivered to a high standard. (You will be asked to demonstrate your ability to read a brief and tested on how quickly you can produce a draft as part of the interview process)
* Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to proof-read your own work before sending it back to clients is crucial.
* Experience in communicating directly with clients is desired but not essential.
* Possess the ability to look up and learn how to do new things if you\'re unsure or have questions.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing promotions, discounts, and special offers on the website.
* Produce engaging content and copy for emails, newsletters, PPC, ads, socials and our websites.
* Engage and assist in photography and video shoots, including editing.
* Designing and developing product catalogues, adverts, brochures, banners, promotional leaflets etc - both online and offline
* Designing and developing exhibition artwork and event support materials.
* Social media content creation, channel management and digital marketing campaigns.
* Ensure that a high volume of artwork and design elements are delivered in a timely manner
* Manage and monitor multiple projects throughout the various stages of development
PS\\*- Candidate with Digital Marketing experience and BSc in computer science will be given more priority
