We are looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst to support our AnswerForce brand across the US, reporting to the Senior Mattering & Visibility Analyst.
Although we can be viewed as a big international company, we feel and operate very much like a start-up and it is an all hands on deck mentality! You need to be comfortable with rapid change, a fast-paced environment and can collaborate across a diverse range of cultures.
#### Roles and responsibilities
* Support the growth of our brand acquisition through digital marketing channels.
* Optimise paid search and social campaigns across platforms including Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
* Monitor campaign performance and strategies to improve metrics (CTR, conversions, CPA) and grow AnswerForce.
* A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting; regularly report on results and learnings.
* Support the creation of new content and SEO activities to drive organic traffic and target audience engagement.
* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-potential keywords.
* Create and improve email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and acquisition.
* Develop and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to stakeholders, clearly communicating key results.
* Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
* Work closely with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.

#### About You.
* Proven track record of successfully optimising paid social and search campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
* Previous experience in SEO, CRO, and managing email marketing campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills and experience using data tools (LookerStudio, Google Sheets).
* Have the desire to learn and grow.
* Great communication skills, with the ability to build a great rapport with colleagues across the world.
* Proactive with new ideas.
* Strong attention to detail.
