Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Digital Marketing to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, with an emphasis on AI-based techniques. This role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance our marketing efforts and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that leverage AI technologies to optimize campaigns.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.
* Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
* Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
* Utilize AI tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and performance analysis.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI-based digital marketing.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
* Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior digital marketing role.
* Demonstrated expertise in AI-based digital marketing strategies and tools.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, PPC platforms).
