This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote and drive the sales of our IT services and products. This role involves overseeing all aspects of marketing, including market research, branding, advertising, digital marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement. The Head of Marketing will work closely with the sales team, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute marketing strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to promote IT services and products, aligning with overall business objectives and target market segments.
* Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies. Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and drive business decisions.
* Branding and positioning: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for IT services and products. Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and visual representation across all marketing channels and materials.
* Digital marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website development, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing. Leverage digital channels to generate leads, drive traffic, and enhance brand visibility.
* Customer engagement and retention: Develop and execute customer engagement programs, including customer loyalty initiatives, referral programs, and customer feedback mechanisms. Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through targeted marketing activities.
* Team management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals. Set goals, provide guidance, and facilitate professional growth and development.
* Budget management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective marketing initiatives.
Requirements:

* Demonstratable experience in taking a prelaunch product to market.
* Should have experience in IT services business.
* Ability to understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team.
* Proven experience in overseeing the marketing department, identifying revenue opportunities among established clients, and securing new accounts.
* Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
* Experience in publishing content in top forums like Forbes, Inc. and similar sites.
* Experience implementing effective marketing strategies and tactics.
* Ability to optimize processes, budgets, and ROI.
* Approach to performance measurement and data-driven decision making.
* Knowledge of trends and industry best practices.
* Self-awareness of traits that define marketing excellence.
* Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or in Leadership roles.
