We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Social Media Marketing to lead and grow our new social media marketing sub-division at LabsMedia.com. This pivotal role will shape our digital presence across multiple platforms, drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and boost growth in both B2B and B2C markets. The ideal candidate should have expertise in social media marketing, particularly in the SaaS and mobile app verticals (iOS/Android), and will be responsible for developing comprehensive social media strategies. This role will not focus on SEO but will emphasize paid advertising, influencer marketing, and content development.
Required Qualifications

* 7+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on social media marketing.
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is a plus.
* Proven experience in both B2B and B2C social media marketing, specifically in SaaS and mobile app (iOS/Android) marketing.
* Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical skills, creativity, and proficiency in crafting compelling campaigns.
* Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights), and content creation software (Adobe Creative Suite).
