Role & Responsibilities;
* Strategising, planning, goal setting and leading teams;
* Leading to achieve revenue, market share, profitability and other strategic objectives;
* Find important projects, ventures, potential targets and other partnership opportunities.
* Ensure any applicable metrics and performance pointers are in place in order to measure all progress.
* Identify strategic risks and help to reduce these risks.
* Apply insights of global economics and marketing to implement pricing strategies and channels.
* Improve, standardize and document planning
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to work on Long term planning
* Enable Category & Functional leads to deliver Business objectives.
* Leverage Route to market and product category mix
* Engage with Digital Marketing teams on KPIs for SEO, SEM, Affiliate, Social
Required Skills;
* 15+ yrs Experience of planning, organising, controlling, managing, developing and directing strategic and operational activities in Gold Business
* Outstanding experience of providing leadership and management of a team.
* Outstanding track record at of contributing to corporate and cross organisational business strategy.
* Excellent, effective influencing and negotiating skills
* Experience of leading change and transformation
* Experience in programme and project management, financial and budget management.
* Excellent decision making skills and confident in making strategic and operational decisions.
* Excellent planning and organization skills to deliver work to agreed timescales and standards.
* Excellent problem solving skills and finding creative and innovative solutions
