We are seeking a HR cum Marketing Executive Fresher to support our team in both human resources and marketing efforts.
Job Description
As an *HR cum Marketing Executive Fresher*, you will gain valuable experience in managing human resources and marketing initiatives for a multimedia production company. You will work closely with our HR and Marketing teams, assisting with recruitment, employee engagement, and the promotion of our brand and services.
Key Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:
* Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
* Support the onboarding process for new employees and interns.
* Help organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.
* Maintain HR documentation and update employee records.
Marketing Responsibilities:
* Help execute marketing strategies to promote both our multimedia production services and our training programs.
* Manage content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness.
* Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and promotional videos.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
* Help organize events, webinars, and promotional activities to enhance our brand presence.
Requirements:
* Recently completed a Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Interest in HR and Marketing with strong organizational abilities.
* Basic knowledge of HR practices and marketing principles.
* Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
* Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of social media marketing.
