Job Description for HR Executive :

As a reliable and dependable HR Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring highly specialised and talented professionals who can keep pace with the current growth of the company. You will be responsible for recruitment processes, maintaining employee data, and update company policies to ensure their alignment with our corporate goals. Your role will involve managing human resources issues, handling grievances and establishing rules and regulations. In doing so, you are expected to be a well-organized and self-motivated professional with great human resource management skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Recruit talented employees

· Schedule prospective candidate\'s job interviews and be a point of contact as required

· Develop training and onboarding material

· Update internal databases with new hiring information

· Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies

· Publish and remove job ads on different platforms like job boards and careers pages

· Oversee onboarding efforts

· Develop and implement recruitment strategies

· Forecast future talent or staffing needs

· Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job profiles

· Source potential candidates through hiring events and digital marketing campaigns, including on social media platforms

· Coordinate candidate interviews and assessments

· Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress in our database

· Update applicant tracking system

· Conduct exit interviews

· Budget for recruitment costs

· Prepare and manage HR budget

· Accurately process payroll for employees

· Monitor attendance, leave and sickness records, and reflect the same in payroll

· Audit timesheets accurately to ensure wages and benefits are properly distributed

· Provide payroll information to accounts for timely preparation of pay check

· Participate in end-of-month closing and audits

· Prepare year-end leave, benefits and compensation reports

· Maintain regular communication with team leaders/HoDs and management with regards to compensation, leave, sickness and other matters

· Remain in compliance with all legal and institutional requirements at all times

Skills Required

· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software

· High solace level in working with people from diverse backgrounds.

· Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office

· Ability to handle critical conversations with employees while maintaining a high level of social sensitivity and fairness.

· Strong organizational and analytical skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills

· Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality

· Strong human resources management and problem-solving skills

· Sense of initiative and ability to work without/little supervision

· Excellent computer skills, including ERP software and Microsoft Office

· Team-player with excellent interpersonal skills

· Ability to prioritise tasks and time management

· Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
