Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven SEO Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and analytics. You will be responsible for improving our website\'s search engine rankings and driving organic traffic through strategic SEO initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* SEO Strategy Development: Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform content strategies. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.
* On-Page Optimization: Perform on-page SEO audits and optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and other elements to enhance search engine ranking.
* Technical SEO: Identify and address technical SEO issues, including site structure, crawl errors, and indexing issues. Collaborate with developers to implement technical improvements.
* Content Analysis: Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for content creation and optimization based on SEO best practices.
* Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor SEO strategies to identify opportunities and threats. Use insights to adjust and refine our SEO tactics.
* Performance Tracking: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software to track and report on SEO performance. Provide regular reports on traffic, rankings, and other key metrics.
* Link Building: Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
* Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure our strategies remain current and effective.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
* Strong understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
* Experience with HTML, CSS, and website management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of web development or UX/UI design principles is a plus.
* Certification in Google Analytics or SEO is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
