Key Responsibilities:
* Design engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Create graphics, banners, and layouts that align with our brand guidelines.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver designs that resonate with the target audience.
* Ensure all designs are optimized for digital platforms, maintaining high quality and consistency.
* Utilize photography skills to capture compelling images for use in digital content.
* Assist in developing creative assets for advertising campaigns, website updates, and other digital marketing efforts.
* Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools, ensuring our brand remains fresh and relevant.
* Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills:
* Strong understanding of design principles and an excellent sense of aesthetics.
* Proven experience in creating social media graphics and posts.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
* Solid photography skills with the ability to edit and retouch images.
* Experience with video editing and motion graphics (optional but preferred).
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take creative direction.
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* A portfolio showcasing previous digital design work, including social media posts.
* 1-2 years of experience in digital design or related roles (internships included).
