Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies to attract potential customers and convert them into qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and a proven track record of generating high-quality leads.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies across various digital channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
* Create and optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, and other conversion assets to maximize lead generation efforts.
* Implement and manage lead nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel.
* Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, targeted content that attracts and engages potential leads.
* Set up and manage lead scoring systems to qualify leads and prioritize follow-ups.
* Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline lead generation processes and improve efficiency.
* Conduct A/B testing on various elements of lead generation campaigns to optimize performance.
* Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, cost per lead, and lead quality.
* Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook to drive quality leads.
* Develop and maintain a robust lead database, ensuring data quality and compliance with data protection regulations.
* Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide high-quality, sales-ready leads.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest lead generation trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful lead generation campaigns.
* Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and how they contribute to lead generation.
* Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems.
* Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing campaign tracking software.
* Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and best practices.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
