We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing programs, digital marketing campaigns, and demand generation. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's marketing activities and driving a fully integrated marketing strategy that generates significant sales funnel.

Skills Required:* Managed a marketing team to achieve performance goals, with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience
* Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics and funnel, including customer acquisition, customer retention, monetization.
* Extensive background in B2B Marketing, specifically in Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Conversions, and Inbound Marketing
* Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Manage simultaneous projects and initiatives
* Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify original growth opportunities
* Capability to hire and train new marketers
* University degree or MBA in Marketing or a related field is required

Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute inbound marketing programs, campaigns, and activities that generate targeted sales leads from various channels such as Content Marketing, SEO, Webinars, SEM, ABM, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Display and Retargeting, Web Analytics, PR, etc.
* Use a range of methodologies and tools to optimize various metrics, including traffic, bounce rate, webform conversion, lead conversion rate, etc.
* Make data-driven decisions around generating demand; improve results through continuous testing and refinement strategies
* Create and curate marketing assets including product literature, whitepapers. e-books,release, blogs, thought leadership articles, case studies, and editorial content
* Ensure that we benchmark against the best businesses in the SaaS space
* Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency and Productivity
* Build and manage a lean marketing team, providing appropriate tools, materials, and coaching to meet objectives
* Consistently monitor the marketing activity of the team, as well as track and analyze the Metrics
* Continuously analyze the competitive environment and consumer trends
* Have a deep understanding of our market and customer needs to align marketing and sales strategies with product strategy
* Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to define campaigns, follow-ups, and reporting
