The Role:
We are scaling up and adding members to our content development team. We want to identify extraordinary individuals keen on making a career in the retail space. The role will have the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather content requirements
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and conduct field dipsticks to validate problem statements
- Design and develop learning content in various formats offered by LearnTech
- Conduct checks on the quality of content output to improve standards
- Own projects and be a single point of contact for the client
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning design and learning technology
- Assist in the development, maintenance and implementation of in-house learning technology solutions
The Candidate:
- Business School Graduate – preferably in the marketing or HR domain
- Or, Undergraduate degree in engineering – preferably mechanical
- Or, Undergraduate degree in journalism or mass communication
- Passion for retail business/learning content development / just creating stuff
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills – written and spoken
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Resourceful, enterprising with a high degree of tolerance for ambiguity
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
