Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven LinkedIn ( Without Knowledge don't Apply) and Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation and developing strategies to enhance our presence on LinkedIn, with the goal of driving sales and increasing our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation:
* Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify potential clients.
* Utilize various platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to engage with prospects and generate interest in our services.
* Qualify leads and conduct initial outreach to nurture relationships.
* Market Research:
* Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
* Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
* Networking:
* Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts and potential clients.
* Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and establish connections.
* Sales Strategy Development:
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
* Develop proposals and presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
* Performance Tracking:
* Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance and lead generation activities to senior management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn marketing ( Must), business development or lead generation, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in using LinkedIn for lead generation and networking.
* Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
