To support our global expansion, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with expertise in international sales to join our team in Lucknow.

Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving international sales, managing overseas clients, and expanding its reach in the global market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, experience in crafting tailored business proposals, and proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and freelance marketplaces such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Guru.

Key Responsibilities:

International Market Expansion:

- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new international markets, particularly within the beauty and skincare industry.

- Identify potential clients in global markets and create tailored business proposals that address their unique needs and challenges.

Client Acquisition and Management:

- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, and Guru to generate leads and secure new business.

- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Sales Strategy Development:

- Design and implement sales strategies that align with the company\'s growth objectives and market opportunities.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.

Relationship Building:

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with international clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

- Lead contract negotiations with international clients, securing favorable terms that align with company objectives.

- Ensure all contracts comply with local regulations and industry standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing, creative, and technical teams to ensure client deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

- Collaborate with senior management to align business development efforts with the company\'s overall strategy.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client acquisition cost, lifetime value, and ROI.

- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, recommending improvements to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on international sales and client management.

- Proven experience in creating tailored business proposals and securing international clients.

- Have used or have an overview of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and freelance marketplaces like Upwork, Fiverr, and Guru.

- Strong understanding of global market dynamics and cultural differences.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to travel internationally as required.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in the beauty and skincare industry.

- Existing network of contacts in relevant markets.

- Multilingual abilities, especially in languages pertinent to target regions.
